About IIT Foundation


"IIT foundation program is introduced to the students from 6th class onwards. This programme is aimed at grooming the child from the initial stages of learning and directing the efforts towards a definite career orientation. Subject experts who are well experienced in teaching for IIT portion will handle the class.

Hence, the students have a distinct vision and direction for their future goal i.e., to join IIT. The student is prepared so well that at the end of the programme, they do not go after success, in fact success follows them.

Our IIT-Foundation programme will not only help a child perform better in his board examinations by way of better understanding of concepts, but will also help him / her develop the acumen which will give him / her a distinctive edge over the rest of the peers.

The IIT foundation coaching will be run parallel to the academics to give boost to their knowledge. In addition to that, Thusharians are given scope in various competitions like International Mathematics Olympiad, National Science Olympiad etc. Our students have excelled in the competive exams and secured National and International ranks.


Separate Appraisal system has been devised to gauge progress of the Students. The apprised System consists of:


    Objectives


  • Weekly Tests: this consists of objective type multiple choice questions
  • Fortnightly tests: This consists of both long and short questions from the portion covered within that fortnight
  • Term end Tests: This consists of both long and short questions from the portion covered within that Term.

On the basis of analysis of these tests corrective actions are suggested on one to one basis and the students are given tips to secure higher scores.

1. What is the full form of IIT and its importance?

IIT means Indian Institute of Technology. There are total 23 Indian Institute of Technology colleges at present in India. These are the top most colleges imparting Engineering, Technology and Research courses in India. The admission into all the IIT colleges in India is carried out through the entrance examinations, namely JEE main and JEE advanced.


2. What is taught in IIT Foundation Course?

The objective of the Thushara IIT JEE foundation course is to teach students to read, think and answer the questions with super/extra speed. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are the three Subjects in which IIT Joint Entrance Exam is conducted for obtaining a seat in the IITs.
